Our Restaurant
A boutique family owned gastronomic restaurant on the South Coast of NSW. We offer a 3 course lunch menu ($99pp) and a 6 course set menu dinner ($130pp).
Head chef Jan Semmelhack is a unique creator, focused on the superb local produce of the South Coast which results in a unique dining experience. Originally from Germany, Jan was the head pastry chef in two Michelin star restaurant in Berlin. Be sure to try his exceptional desserts to complete your Mimosa sensory adventure!
Our wine list has been curated to highlight snippets of the best of Australian & New Zealand wines. We showcase small, up and coming producers, as well as some of the more established winemakers. Due to our continued commitment to sustainability, we favour growers who embrace organic & biodynamic farming practices.

At Mimosa Wines your wedding experience begins with careful planning. Upon booking, you’ll be invited to enjoy a wine or coffee on the deck with your personal wedding planner to discuss options and tailor our packages to suit your needs. We can provide local recommendations for celebrants, hairdressers, photographers, music, florists and transport. We aim to provide our couples with complete support during the planning stages of their wedding, so that everything is taken care of and you can relax and enjoy your day.
EXCLUSIVE USE FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS
The restaurant, courtyard, decks, vineyard, lily-pond and surrounding grounds are exclusively yours for your special day. Talk to your wedding planner about a tour of the grounds to choose your ceremony and photo locations.

Mimosa Wines is situated on the popular coastal drive between Bermagui and Tathra on the Sapphire Coast of NSW. The 200 acre property sits in a tranquil valley between the mountains the sea. There are 2 cottages to rent for holiday accommodation. Both are within an easy walk through the vineyard to the restaurant.
THE HOMESTEAD
The Mimosa original homestead sleeps 9 guests, includes 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining and living areas. This recently renovated farmhouse is perfect for two families or a group of friends.
THE VINEYARD COTTAGE
The Vineyard Cottage is located among the vines and overlooks the property. This two bedroom, one bathroom rammed-earthed cottage is a home away from home for your family.
